Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters

Stalled frontal boundary west of area waters will gradually lift
back northward through today, bringing winds from easterly to
southerly through Sat morning. Another cold front will cross area
waters on Saturday, with a low pressure system and its associated
fronts then impacting the Carolinas on Saturday night into early
next week before high pressure ridge builds in from the west on
Tuesday.
