Currently north-northeast winds 11 to 17 knots on Venice Beach; Incomming tide at 0.3 ↑ ft...(more.) Clearwater beach north-northeast winds 10 to 15 knots; Outgoing tide 0.4 ↓ ft...(more.) Later on across the region Northeast winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots. Sunset is at 6:52 pm. The moon phase is Waxing Gibbous at 99% illumination and next main phase is Full Moon on 10-26. Surf is down into the dawn patrol. Wave height 3.3 ft (NNE 31°) at the Egmont Channel. Already 11 names crossed off the storm list. Counting down 10 names till the Greek Alphabet takes over naming storms.
