Generally east winds in place for the next few days with a trough of low pressure lifting over the state. As Tropical Storm Zeta moves into the Gulf of Mexico late Monday or Tuesday, swells from the storm will bring building seas into the coastal waters later Tuesday and Wednesday, with conditions approaching exercise caution levels. Otherwise, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will create locally hazardous boating conditions each day.
