increasing to 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots in the
afternoon. Seas 3 to 4 feet, occasionally to 5 feet, building to
4 to 6 feet, occasionally to 8 feet in the afternoon. Wave
Detail: North 3 feet at 6 seconds and southeast 3 feet at
